We are extremely proud that this organization has been founded on Integrity and Honesty and is open to any Labradoodle breeder aspiring to breed towards ASD multigenerational labradoodle studbook status or general member throughout the world.

The AALB is not run by a elected committee like in a association. Through discussion with many like minded labradoodle breeders it was decided that associations can be controlled by strong minded committees and these have proven to be detrimental to the stable and smooth development of the labradoodle in the past. Therefore the AALB is run by a small group of like minded breeders who have adopted the ASD Australian Labradoodle breed standard, a sound code of ethics and rules and regulations, thus guaranteeing its members to be of high breeding excellence while also all working towards a common goal..

Families can come here to find accredited breeders and adopt puppies in confidence knowing our breeders adopt the highest standard of Genetic Health Testing available and have pledged their commitment to protect the breed by signing a code of ethics and adhering to a rules and regulations as set out by the AALB.

What is also different is all breeders come with a letter of recommendation from their Veterinarian confirming their commitment to health testing and level of breeding excellence..

These Members in return are offered a reward grading scheme to show the standards of health testing they implement for their own breeding programs, these are displayed against the breeders name on this website and also on the breeders website.

Membership is open to not only Breeders but also general Members/Families and individuals alike who all share in the love of the Labradoodle.

Competitions run monthly for all members who want to participate, have fun and win cool prizes.
